The Swedish PLS AFO is a polyethylene splint that provides static dorsiflexion assistance and lateral stability for the entire ankle area. It features thicker polyethelene on the vertical aspect for rigidity. The 3.5 oz corrugated design is sturdy and provides excellent stability. It is designed to provide function alignment and support for drop foot during rehabilitative therapy. Injection molded polypropylene for easy trimming. Lightweight and comfortable. Low profile leaf-spring. Open heel and calf section. Fits in most shoes to control drop foot. Flexible, yet rigid vertical aspect hook and loop closure.
