The medial and lateral shells of the new Economy Ankle Stirrup provide uniform ankle compression and support for sprains, fractures, chronic instability and athletic protection. It helps control inversion and eversion of the ankle, while allowing unobstructed range of motion in plantar flexion and dorsiflexion. The shells of the brace are padded with a washable, breathable foam material that conforms to the ankle, eliminates pressure, and wicks away moisture. The skin remains dry and comfortable, even during athletic activity. The design of the heel strap pivots, and is adjustable for a precise fit. The Economy Ankle Stirrup fits into most athletic shoes and is universal right or left.
